Terms & Conditions

We sell extra virgin olive oil in 500 ml bottles. Batch 001 is a limited edition of 500 bottles.

Olive oil is a natural agricultural product. Small variations in colour, aroma and taste can occur and are not considered defects.

All prices are shown in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs are shown separately before you confirm your order.

Payment is processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout.

When you place and pay for an order, you make an offer to purchase the products in your order.

The agreement between you and DRUP is concluded when we accept your order and send you an order confirmation by email.

If we cannot accept your order — for example because a product is unavailable or because of an obvious pricing error — we will inform you and refund any payment already made.

We ship orders from the Netherlands. Current shipping rates and free-shipping thresholds are shown on the webshop and at checkout.

We normally aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days. Estimated delivery times depend on your destination and the carrier.

Please make sure the delivery information you provide is complete and correct. DRUP remains responsible for your order until it has been delivered to you.

If an order is lost during delivery, please contact us and we will arrange an appropriate solution.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason.

You can exercise this right through the withdrawal function on our website, by using our Model Withdrawal Form, or by clearly informing us at lennart@justdrup.com.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the product within 14 days to:

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product unless it was delivered damaged, defective or incorrectly.

You may inspect the product as you would reasonably be able to in a physical shop. You may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling or use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product.

Where a product is supplied sealed and a statutory exception to the right of withdrawal applies for health or hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal ends when that seal is broken.

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund the payments we are legally required to refund, including the cost of standard outbound delivery where applicable, within 14 days after you notify us.

We may wait to issue the refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first. Refunds are made using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.

If a bottle arrives broken, leaking or otherwise damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at lennart@justdrup.com, preferably with a photo.

We will arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund. This is separate from the right of withdrawal and does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

You are entitled to the statutory guarantee provided by Dutch and EU consumer law. This means that the products you receive must conform to the agreement and be what you can reasonably expect from them.

If a product is defective or otherwise does not conform to the agreement, contact us at lennart@justdrup.com and we will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.

Store olive oil upright, properly closed and away from direct light and heat.

The best-before date is printed on the bottle. The quality, flavour and aroma of olive oil naturally change over time, particularly after opening.

Discount codes, including codes provided for completing a questionnaire, apply according to the conditions communicated with the code.

Unless stated otherwise, discount codes apply to a single order, cannot be combined with other codes and cannot be exchanged for cash.

We may refuse or cancel the use of a discount code in cases of fraud, misuse or an obvious error.

Submitting reviews or questionnaire responses is voluntary.

If you submit a review for publication, you give DRUP permission to display that review on our website and in communications relating to DRUP and its products.

We may choose not to publish or may remove content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading, false, spam or unrelated to the product.

Personal information submitted through questionnaires or reviews is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

These Terms & Conditions and purchases made through the DRUP webshop are governed by Dutch law. If you live elsewhere in the EU, this does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of residence.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
